Session 1 : 8.30 – 9.30am – Basics of Aikido
Session 2 : 9.30 – 10.30am – Aikido Techniques
Breakfast & Presentation : 10.30 – 11.00am
Session 3 : 11.00 – 12.00pm – Taiho jutsu/ Goshin Jutsu-self defense
Session 4 : 12.00 – 1.00pm – Bokken
